Every form submission is answered within two hours during business hours, Monday through Saturday from 7 AM to 7 PM. After hours requests are returned first thing the following morning. Same-week scheduling is standard across Orange County, and we can usually hold a next-day slot for simple residential installs.

No. Reaching out through the form or by phone creates zero financial obligation. There is no trip charge, diagnostic fee, or deposit. You only pay after the install is complete, and the price you are quoted during the survey is the price you pay.

Your service address, the Starlink kit you plan to use (Standard, Mini, Flat High Performance, Business, Roam, or Maritime), and a rough idea of where you want the dish mounted. If you have photos of the roof or intended mount location, those help us plan. If you do not have the kit yet, we can still book and help you choose the right one.

Yes. Reschedule or cancel any time, no fee. Schedules change — weather changes, kits arrive late, roofs get busy. Call or reply to your confirmation email and we will shift the appointment.
