Independent Installer

Starlink Install Pro is an independent installation service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or sponsored by Space Exploration Technologies Corp. ("SpaceX") or Starlink, and no such relationship should be inferred from anything on this website, in our advertising, or in our communications.

Customers purchase Starlink hardware and activate Starlink service directly from SpaceX. Our role begins after the kit arrives. We perform the physical installation — mounting, cabling, and configuring customer-owned equipment at properties in Orange County, California.

Trademarks

"Starlink," the Starlink logo, "SpaceX," and related word marks and designs are trademarks or registered trademarks of Space Exploration Technologies Corp. in the United States and other jurisdictions. All other product names, company names, logos, and brands referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners. Reference to any third-party trademark on this site is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement.

Nominative Fair Use

We reference the "Starlink" product name on this website for a single purpose: to accurately describe the installation services we offer. Under the doctrine of nominative fair use, a company may use another party's trademark to refer to that party's genuine goods or services, provided three conditions are met:

• The product or service cannot be readily identified without using the trademark.
• Only so much of the mark is used as is reasonably necessary for identification.
• Use of the mark does not suggest sponsorship or endorsement by the trademark holder.

Starlink Install Pro uses the word "Starlink" solely to describe the kind of satellite internet equipment we install. We do not use the Starlink logo, the Starlink color palette, or any SpaceX-owned imagery in our branding or marketing. Our own brand identity — name, wordmark, photography, and voice — is original to Starlink Install Pro.

How We Describe Ourselves

• We describe ourselves as an "independent Starlink installer" or "independent installation company."
• We never use "official," "authorized," "certified by Starlink," or any phrase that implies an approved relationship.
• Our footer, every legal page, and our AI crawler policy include the independence disclosure.

Hardware Warranty and Service

Because we are not affiliated with Starlink or SpaceX, we cannot process hardware warranty claims, manage subscription billing, issue refunds for service outages, or change your Starlink service plan. For anything related to the kit itself or your Starlink account, contact Starlink support directly through your Starlink account at starlink.com.

For issues related to our installation workmanship — mount stability, penetration seal, cable routing, Wi-Fi configuration we performed — contact us using the details below and we will make it right under our 90-day workmanship warranty.
