Terms of Service
Last updated: April 17, 2026
Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of Starlink Install Pro ("we," "our," "us") and the installation services we provide. By booking an install, signing a work order, or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Starlink Install Pro is an independent installation company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX) or Starlink. See the Trademark Notice.
Scope of Service
We install customer-owned Starlink satellite internet equipment at residential and commercial properties in Orange County, California. A standard install includes: site walk, obstruction scan, mount selection and installation, weather-sealed cable entry, interior cable routing to the router location, router placement, and a basic Wi-Fi setup and speed test. We do not sell Starlink hardware and we do not manage Starlink service plans — your kit and your subscription are your own.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide the Starlink kit (dish, router, cable, power supply) in working condition before we arrive
- Ensure clear, safe access to the install location, attic, electrical panel, and any gated areas
- Obtain HOA or landlord approval before the install if your community or lease requires it
- Notify us of known roof, attic, or wiring conditions that could affect the install
- Have an adult (18+) on site during the appointment
Pricing and Payment
A standard residential rooftop install starts at $699. Complex jobs (tile roofs, pole mounts, long cable runs, attic fishes, commercial buildings, marine, RV) are quoted on site before any work starts. All quotes are valid for 30 days. Payment is due on completion unless other terms are agreed to in writing.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations or reschedules with at least 24 hours notice are free. Same-day cancellations after a technician has been dispatched may incur a trip fee disclosed at booking. Weather-related reschedules initiated by us are always free, and we prioritize rebooking you as soon as conditions allow.
Workmanship Warranty
We warrant our installation workmanship for 90 days from the install date. This covers mount failure under normal weather and water intrusion at penetrations we made. If a covered issue appears within that window, we come back and fix it at no charge. The 90-day workmanship warranty does not cover the Starlink hardware itself (the hardware warranty is between you and Starlink), acts of nature outside normal conditions, or damage caused by third parties working on the roof after our install.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by California law, our total liability for any claim arising from an install shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that install. We are not liable for lost internet service, lost business revenue, or other consequential damages resulting from hardware failures, service outages, or internet speed variations — those are functions of the Starlink network and the kit you purchased, not the physical install.
Hardware Ownership
You own the Starlink kit we install. You own the Starlink account tied to it. If you move, switch kits, or terminate service, you deal directly with Starlink for the hardware and subscription. We can be hired separately to uninstall, relocate, or re-install.
Governing Law and Venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in a state or federal court located in Orange County, California, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Terms FAQ
No. Every install is a single engagement quoted and paid per job. There is no subscription, no monthly fee, and no multi-year agreement. If you later want us back for a relocation, added mesh point, or a second dish, that is a separate job at the then-current rate.
We carry commercial general liability insurance. If our technician damages your property during the install, notify us before we leave the site or within 48 hours. We document the issue, open a claim if needed, and repair or reimburse for the damage. Pre-existing conditions (loose shingles, leaky penetrations we did not make, wiring issues unrelated to our work) are outside the scope of our responsibility and will be pointed out during the site walk.
Yes. Please give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule without a fee. Same-day cancellations after a tech has been dispatched may incur a trip fee equal to the smaller of $99 or 20% of the quoted job, which we will disclose when you book. Weather-related reschedules initiated by us are always free.
