We remove the dish properly, patch and seal the old penetration, and reinstall at the new site with a fresh obstruction scan. No guesswork, no leaks.
- Uninstall from the old location — clean removal, patch, and seal
- Transport of mount hardware (or spec of new mount) to new site
- Obstruction scan at the new property before mounting
- Reinstall with fresh sealant and correct mount type
- Re-pair dish to router, re-enter service address in the Starlink app
- Wi-Fi re-configuration with your SSID/password preserved

Relocation & Service FAQ
Can you relocate a Starlink I installed myself?
Yes. We can remove it, patch the old mount, and reinstall at your new site — even if we did not do the original install.
What if my service address needs to change?
We update the service address in the Starlink app during the reinstall so your dish is aligned to the correct serving beam.
Do you repair leaks from a bad prior install?
Yes. If a previous install left water intrusion or a compromised seal, we can remount properly and patch the old penetration.
How fast can you schedule a relocation?
Usually within the same week. For move-day installs tied to a close of escrow, let us know the date and we will prioritize.
Do you also service existing installs?
Yes — realignment after a roof obstruction change, cable replacement, router troubleshooting, mesh Wi-Fi add-on, and mount upgrades are all available.
